AYAMAIアヤマイ

A local-first AI agent platform.

private · invite-only · source at release

what it is

ayamai installs on a computer you own and opens one door at http://ayamai.local.

Every tool — a browser extension, an editor, an agent — asks that door to do things through one local API, instead of each inventing its own way in.

The model keys stay on the machine. There is no account, no cloud, no telemetry. It works with the network unplugged.

The platform is built for its owner first: one person, one organization, a handful of projects that each do one thing well.

“An idiot admires complexity, a genius admires simplicity.”

Terry A. Davis, creator of TempleOS

That is the whole design rule. One door, one address, one way in — and nothing added to look clever.

what it looks like

gehirn, the control panel: projects, their services, the machine
gehirn the panel: the projects, their services, this machine
gemu in its play state: a wall of game covers
gemu the play state: a shelf, one click from starting

every product has two states — one that tells you everything, one that gets out of the way.

the projects

  1. gehirnthe control panel: services, projects, actions, the model console
  2. yoruthe media library — the first project that runs on the platform
  3. seirithe board: plans, repositories, ideas in, work out
  4. katathe design library: tokens, components, one source of truth
  5. hishothe agent harness: a brief, a claim, a record
  6. gemueverything playable: emulators, ROMs, Steam
  7. tsukaithe browser extension: make a page, keep the good part
  8. fudethe editor extension: write where the work already lives

the beta

It is private and invite-only. If you want in when there is something worth running, say so — that is the whole form.
